MoveCon: Vital Frames

MoveCon is a weekend-long, in-person immersion designed to awaken your body, stir creativity, and reconnect you to what it means to move—freely, fully, and in community. The convergence features sessions and workshops from 10 of Colorado's most prolific somatic facilitators: from a vast range of backgrounds and approaches to movement.
It’s a sampler platter of brilliance: each facilitator leads one class, offering you a diverse, masterful, and embodied experience across a wide spectrum of movement disciplines and philosophies.
Each session of the weekend is a one-off offering from a different masterful teacher—handpicked not for their Instagram followers, but for their embodied depth and facilitation brilliance.

Embodied Communion

Join Marie Janicek for Embodied Communion—a sacred practice space for embodied sensing, relational coherence, and deep self-communion. Rooted in intuitive movement and energetic presence, this experience invites you to explore the subtle intelligence of your body as a gateway to authentic connection—with self, others, and the living field around you.
Through guided somatic attunement, energetic movement prompts, and moments of silent witnessing, we’ll enter a shared field of embodied resonance—where coherence unfolds naturally and connection emerges through presence, not performance.
This practice is subtle, powerful, replenishing—and deeply human. It is a return to the body’s native language of communion.

Somatic Magic
Somatic Magic is a practice of profound inner listening—a gateway to the felt, fluid, and forgotten language of your own body and being.
This is not about fixing or forcing, but rather about allowing.
Allowing sensation to speak. Allowing emotion to guide. Allowing awareness itself to become a portal into healing, integration, and resurrection.
In this space, we explore the multidimensionality of your inner world—how your wisdom speaks physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. We move, feel, and attune not to perform, but to uncover. To remember the intimate patterning of you and you—your original resonance.
